Tiffany Hudgins: With over 13 years of federal service at FEMA and a strong foundation in project and program management, I bring extensive experience leading complex emergency management programs that directly support field operations, including those involving biohazard cleanup, hazardous materials response, and large-scale incident coordination. My background in psychology and project management enhances my ability to build effective training and credentialing frameworks for emergency responders—ensuring that personnel operating in hazardous and contaminated environments are properly qualified, coordinated, and supported. Through FEMA, I helped stakeholders at all levels of government prepare for and respond to biological, chemical, and radiological incidents with confidence and clarity.
Before joining FEMA, I served eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army and later as a guidance counselor for the Department of Defense, supporting our wounded warrior community. These experiences shaped my commitment to mission-driven service and operational excellence. Lonnie Johnson: With over two decades of experience, I'm a Senior Project Manager specializing in logistics, relocation, and project management. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in navigating complex projects and delivering results. A Temple University alum with a background in Risk Management and Human Resources, I bring a strategic and people-focused approach to every endeavor. Beyond my professional life, I'm incredibly proud of my journey as a parent and entrepreneur. Currently, I'm driven by the goal of achieving financial freedom and continuing to build meaningful connections.
